Crushing It With a Custom Backsplash
This kitchen by Rebecca Zajac was once builder beige with an odd, half-rounded drywall island. Zajac updated the doors on the existing cabinets and kept the original plumbing and base cabinets for the sink and dishwasher. Custom cabinets were built out to create the new island, and a custom-designed backsplash gives the space an organic feel by breaking up the repeating pattern.
