Getting Started
An accent wall can make your space feel personal and cozy, and you can easily switch out the look seasonally. To get started, choose a wall that is in full view and has the least amount of uninterrupted space. Next, pick your color. For fall, think deep, saturated tones. We went with a wine-colored indoor paint. Here are the rest of the materials and tools you’ll need: paint roller, paintbrush, carpenter’s square, chalk line, 5/8"x5/8” lattice strips, miter box and saw, 1-1/4" finishing nails, nail gun, hammer, wood nails, wood filler and a sanding block.
