Materials Needed:

  • wooden coffee table
  • stencil kit
  • spray mount
  • foam roller or pouncer
  • paint (for base and stencil)

Step 1

Paint the table with latex paint and let dry.

Step 2

Roughly plan your design with stencil strips. We used a flower and leaf pattern in the center and outlined it with a diamond border. We added more flowers and leaves around that design, then a diamond pattern on the table’s edges, apron and legs.

Step 3

Starting at the table’s center, adhere the first stencil to the table with repositionable spray mount. Use a small foam roller or pouncer to fill it in with crafts paint. Remove the stencil, then repeat, working your way out and down the apron and legs.
