I remember having young children and living in a house with the laundry upstairs by the bedroom. It drove me nuts because I spent a lot of time in the kitchen with the kids doing homework. I wanted the laundry near the kitchen.
Interior Designer Linda Woodrum

Having always valued a conveniently located laundry room and work area, Linda Woodrum helped design this space with practicality in mind. Thus evolved a laundry room equipped with work cubicles separated by task (craft projects, business, gift-wrapping and laundry) and a cozy sitting area designed for reading or relaxation.
