According to the house planner, Jack Thomasson, “There was a very deliberate orientation of that fixture, so that at night time when the light is on and you’re on the street, it’s like this perfect framing of the fixture from the front of the house. We spent a lot of time working on getting it the right distance from the ceiling to see it from the street, and it looks really cool.”
