Geometric patterns and shades of gray come in by way of contemporary pillows, furnishings, and blankets.
A vintage-style iron lamp with an aged finish is designed with a pulley system, to mimic industrial equipment.
For the ultimate theater room experience, a large projector screen retracts from the ceiling. Ceiling speakers and two subwoofers, built into the wall, produce dramatic sound throughout the room.
The projector features HD video with streaming capabilities and connectivity to the whole-home system.
A classic mix of relaxed industrial, this sculptural side table stands in harmony to the room's bold, vintage-inspired aesthetic.

Another standout area in the basement is this Cross Fit gym, equipped with kettlebells, a medicine ball, jump ropes, and a yoga mat.
An orange-and-white striped wall adds a boost of energy, while the cement chalkboard wall gives homeowners a way to track weekly workouts.
The industrial black ceiling is countered by the contemporary decor in this basement living room. Mixed patterns and shades of gray come together for a cohesive feel. A light gray, graphic sofa, chevron dark gray and black coffee table, and solid gray chair furnish the viewing area for the projector mounted to the ceiling beams.
A climate-controlled closet houses the AV system and keeps equipment from overheating.
