Chris and the crew crash John and Kyle's backyard, a dysfunctional space with a tiny pink patio and no entertaining area. Chris transforms the yard into a private party pad complete with a cedar slat pergola, custom dining table and a matching bar.
Rustic Farm Backyard
This backyard has gone to the chickens and these homeowners desperately want to co-exist with their little critters. Chris Lambton delivers with a design that includes an oversized chicken coop, water wheel, a 10-foot farm table and a rustic grill island.
Tranquil Retreat
Chris crashes TJ and Julie's backyard, a sad space with a small patio and no landscaping. The crew brings life back to the yard by adding a huge paver patio with a dining table, a built-in barbecue island and a tranquil water feature.
Urban Putting Green Yard
Chris Lambton and crew turns a neglected and over grown yard into a urban putting green which also a new redwood deck covered by a colorful shade sail, and custom a prep counter with a quartz countertop. A one-of-a-kind rustic water feature with an attached block fire feature anchor the yard, along with charcoal crushed stone pathways and new colorful plants to top-off the yard.
Outdoor Living Room
Miguel & Stephanie's yard is a mess-overgrown with a large shed, dilapidated pergola & a cracking concrete patio. Chris comes to the rescue with a design that transforms the space into an outdoor living room - complete with dual height overlapping pergolas, travertine patio, lounge seating for many and new grill with bar storage. To make this fireman's space even more amazing, Chris adds a boardwalk from main patio to a more intimate fire feature area with a custom metal fire pit outfitted with a drink rail, mahogany bench - planter combo and a masonry wall with floating wood bench, all surrounded with lush landscaping.
Urban Wine Barrel Bar
Chris Lambton and his crew transform a dilapidated yard into a massive outdoor room including, an oversized bamboo deck with custom railing system. An original bar constructed out of wine barrels and deck material. For privacy, a redwood living wall with colorful plants attached gives life to the space. A stone veneer faced fireplace anchors the deck styled with contemporary outdoor furniture and with an exterior rug. And finally, synthetic turf and plants compliment the yard.
Midcentury Modern Revival
Kelly and Nicki's original 1950s backyard desperately needs to be brought into the present! Chris and his team transform the outdated space into a private midcentury modern entertaining mecca with a monkey pod fire feature, barbecue area with prep space and a large dining area.
West Coast Party Pad
Chris Lambton and his crew crash a boring, neglected yard and transform it into a West Coast party pad complete with a massive metal bar, redwood pergola, boardwalk deck and a rustic metal fire bowl.
San Diego Beachy Backyard
Brent & Mariah's concrete jungle of a backyard has nothing going on - cinderblock retaining wall, three concrete pads and no plants. They want a San Diego beachy back yard with touches of metal and lots of space to cook, dine and entertain their many friends. Chris delivers bigtime with an updated colored concrete patio, redwood pergola, and custom white washed dining table, new grill and one-of-a-kind surfboard bar. Chris adds a metal fire pit, diy bench, veggie boxes and lush landscaping for the perfect San Diego entertaining space.
Charleston Low Country Escape
Cory and Lauren's low-lying yard is rotting, so they beg Chris for the ultimate outdoor living room where they can entertain their friends and family in low country style. He and his team create a huge outdoor kitchen and bar with a new smoker, a custom dining table, a hanging daybed and a raised patio with a lounging area.
Charleston Courtyard
A dull and muddy space transforms into a traditional Charleston backyard, including a local hand cut brick patio. Chris and his crew also construct a natural stone seat wall inside an oyster fire pit. An oversized reclaimed farmhouse table is built with matching benches and décor. A gravel seating area and custom fishing pole rack is placed alongside a relaxing pond area and a traditional Charleston arbor welcomes you into the space, along with lots of colorful and native plants.
Lower Lounge at Blog Cabin
Chris and his team head to Blog Cabin 2016 to transform an unused area under the stilted house into a lower lounge that capitalizes on the gulf view. He builds a wood and metal pub table, then adds a fish cleaning island, living privacy wall and a modern fire table.
Sky Cabin Yard at Blog Cabin
Chris and his team descend on Blog Cabin 2016 to turn an empty side yard into a recreational destination complete with a stilted guest retreat, two-tiered deck with custom lounge chairs and a sand volleyball court.
