Meanwhile, in San Diego, baseball great David Wells needs help listing his sprawling Tuscan-style mansion in Fairbanks Ranch. The Abrams Team rushes to help and conducts a search of comparable homes for sale to find an appropriate listing price for the Wells' estate.

He and his girlfriend, Abrams Team local affiliate, Rachel Hall, want help listing their Denver home as a rental property. The only catch is, they want their home rented to another winter athlete, so they can return home during the summer.
