NBA star Jordan Farmar is looking for a short term lease in New Jersey for the season. With up to $10,000 month to spend, there's room for a stunning Manhattan view. Meanwhile in Miami, NFL pro Vontae Davis wants Jason to help him sell his home that was recently renovated by his brother and fellow player, Vernon Davis.

NFL pro Derrick Morgan is looking to sell the modern Nashville home he bought when he was first drafted, and rent another home nearby that offers more privacy. His $6,000 a month budget will get him a million dollar Nashville estate but Jason discovers they don't all meet his criteria.

NFL stand out Joe Haden and his family are looking to move closer to an athletic training facility they're opening in Maryland, so Jason's called in to list their existing estate. And in New Orleans, Jason and Kristen hunt for a sleek three bedroom for NBA star Greivis Vasquez ? a real challenge in a city that boasts the most eclectic real estate.

New England Patriots starting cornerback, Kyle Arrington, and his wife, Vashonda, are looking for a new home to house their growing family in Massachusetts for under $1 million. They meet with the Abrams team, along with interior designer and long time Abrams Team collaborator, Antone Barnes, to discuss what they are looking for. With Vashonda's very specific requests and Patriot's training camp just around the corner, Jason and Kristen will have to work quickly to score a touchdown for the Arrington family.

EJ Manuel, rookie quarterback for the Buffalo Bills, is looking for a rental property in his new town of Buffalo, New York. He reaches out to the Abrams Team to help him find a home before training camp for under $5,000 a month. But before deciding on a place, EJ must have his parents' seal of approval. With Kristen working with another client, Jason is on his own to keep EJ, his mother and father happy.

Keith Bulluck in San Francisco
Eleven-year NFL veteran Keith Bulluck is looking for a multi-family home in San Francisco for his family. His wife, Heather, is a native to the area and knows exactly what she wants in a home: an income-producing property with real character. With one of the toughest real estate markets in the country, and an even tougher client, the pressure is on Jason and Kristen to find a home for the Bullucks.

LA Dodger Jerry Hairston and WNBA star Brittany Jackson
LA Dodger Jerry Hairston is looking for a family-friendly home to purchase in Los Angeles for $1.5 million. The Abrams team helped Jerry find his current rental, so they meet to discuss what he is looking for in this next home. Meanwhile, pro basketball player, Brittany Jackson, asks the Abrams Team for help in listing her godparents' massive Tennessee estate. Brittany is Jason and Kristen's first WNBA player, so if Jason and Kristen pull this off, it could mean a whole new set of clients for the Abrams Team.

A Home in Arizona for Diamondbacks Pitcher Brandon McCarthy
Arizona Diamondbacks Pitcher Brandon McCarthy and his model wife, Amanda, are looking to buy a home in Scottsdale. Brandon's sister, Marign, is an Abrams Team local affiliate who knows they are no easy customers. Together, with family on their side, will the Abrams Team be able to hit a home run and find a home for the McCarthys?

Rudy Gay and David Wells
NBA Pro Rudy Gay was traded mid-season last year to the Toronto Raptors, and he's been living in a hotel ever since. He and his fiance, Ecko, called upon the Abrams Team to help them find a home across the border. With the couple used to living comfortably in Memphis, will they be able to adjust to a new lifestyle in Canada? Meanwhile, in San Diego, baseball great David Wells needs help listing his sprawling Tuscan-style mansion in Fairbanks Ranch. The Abrams Team rushes to help and conducts a search of comparable homes for sale to find an appropriate listing price for the Wells' estate.

CJ Watson and Kyle Quincey
NBA Pro CJ Watson was just traded to the Indiana Pacers, and now he needs a place to live in Indianapolis. He asks the Abrams Team to help him find a luxury rental for less than $5,000 a month that is close to the stadium and has plenty of room for his family to visit. Meanwhile, NHL pro, Kyle Quincey, was traded from the Colorado Avalanche to the Detroit Red Wings. He and his girlfriend, Abrams Team local affiliate, Rachel Hall, want help listing their Denver home as a rental property. The only catch is, they want their home rented to another winter athlete, so they can return home during the summer.

NHL Pro Gabriel Landeskog, MLB Pro Bret Boone
NHL Pro Gabriel Landeskog is looking for a luxury rental property in downtown Denver for the hockey season. He currently lives with his friend from his hometown in Sweden, and they agreed to a budget of $7,000 per month. Meanwhile, the Abrams Team travels to San Diego to assess the value of Bret Boone's estate. They meet with Bret and his realtor and hope to join the team in this listing.
