Single mom Allyson has a new lease on life and is looking for a Tampa home where she and her son Roman can put down roots. But house hunting with an exhaustive checklist and an eight-year-old presents a few unique challenges. Enter property expert Egypt Sherrod. She vows to get the duo set up in a spacious home of their own, but warns Roman that it won't necessarily include a huge slide that goes to the end of the earth. At first, Allyson's expectations and budget don't add up. Then the house hunt takes an interesting turn down memory lane. And incredibly, Allyson's fresh new start could mean a return to her roots.
