When their lease expired, Ryan, Kristin, and their three-year-old son moved in with her family. But the couple is desperate to find a home of their own, and hoping their modest budget will afford them the Florida home of their dreams. Property expert Egypt Sherrod is prepared to take on the challenge. But while she promises to find the couple a spacious turnkey home they'll love, warns they'll have to be flexible about the specifics. Ryan is adamant about finding a property in his ideal neighborhood. But quickly learns that a prime location comes with a matching price tag.
