Avi and Jessica know exactly what they're looking for but finding a renovated home with vintage appeal proves challenging. When faced with a possible bidding war, Egypt warns they'll only get one chance to nab the home of their dreams.

Bargain, Basement

Tired of their tiny apartment, Kim and Marquis want to take advantage of Atlanta's low property prices to find a move-in ready home that's close to downtown. Property expert Egypt Sherrod vows to find them a house that matches their wish list, but warns they will have to adjust their expectations along the way. Kim and Marquis say they know exactly what they want. But as the house tours continue, the process becomes more challenging.

But in order to fit Tina's lifestyle and budget, Egypt convinces her to consider a townhouse rather than a single family home. Tina is impressed by the options. But when she finds a property with everything on her wish list, making a decision proves more difficult than she anticipated.

Property expert Egypt Sherrod is determined to find them a budget-friendly home in a great neighborhood. But since Lauren has to be out of her apartment in just a few short months, the pressure is on. Lauren wants to get the most for her money, but after a dozen house tours her wish list keeps growing.

With too much stuff and a rambunctious dog, Michael and Morgan have outgrown their one bedroom Atlanta apartment and are looking to buy a move-in ready home close to family and friends. Property expert Egypt Sherrod vows to find them a three bedroom home that's perfect for entertaining, and convinces the couple to head deeper into the suburbs than they had anticipated. Morgan goes with her instincts, while Michael is determined to stay on budget, and when they finally find the one, Egypt warns about the pitfalls of buying a property in foreclosure.

Great Expectations

With high standards and particular tastes, sassy single mom Michelle is looking for an Atlanta home that's as colorful as she is. Property expert Egypt Sherrod promises to find her a sprawling dream home but the challenge is reining in her expensive flair and keeping her on budget. Property expert Egypt Sherrod vows to find them a spacious home they'll both love, but warns it will be nearly impossible to get everything on their wish list. After a few house tours, the couple is more determined than ever to find a property they love at first sight.

Home Base

Now that he's about to be discharged from the army, Joe and Hanmi are ready to trade in their one bedroom Savannah apartment for a spacious, dog-friendly home in midtown Atlanta. Property expert EgyptSherrod vows to stretch their tight budget as far as possible, but her first challenge is getting them on the same page. Hanmi loves condo-style living, but Joe has his heart set on a home with a big backyard. Since they'll both be going to school, the couple needs a low-maintenance property. But when the price is right, even an extreme fixer-upper looks enticing.

In The Dog House

Dyllan and Chabe are tired of sharing a cramped one-bedroom rental apartment with their two dogs. Ready to take their relationship to the next level, they're looking for a charming Atlanta home of their own. Property expert Egypt Sherrod vows to find them a house that matches their wish list but first she has to get them on the same page. Chabe wants a move-in ready condo and Dyllan wants a house with a yard. Egypt suggests a compromise and when they finally zero in on a property they both agree on, her advice ends up saving them a bundle.
