After two years in Atlanta, New Jersey girl Tina is ready to put down roots, and she's hoping to find a spacious move-in ready home where she can entertain in style. Property expert Egypt Sherrod promises to find her a canine-friendly, three-bedroom home. But in order to fit Tina's lifestyle and budget, Egypt convinces her to consider a townhouse rather than a single family home. Tina is impressed by the options. But when she finds a property with everything on her wish list, making a decision proves more difficult than she anticipated.
