Color Splash

From bold to sophisticated to downright gorgeous, there's no doubt that Listed Sisters Lex and Alana know a thing or two about turning an average home into a ready-to-sell gem. This vibrant space is no exception. The deep teal green walls make the coral art print, wooden utensils and even the decorative fruit totally pop.

Dining In Style

On the other side of this contemporary green dining room, the Sisters kept things modern yet eclectic, with the help of wicker dining chairs, whimsical curtains and a gold globe light fixture.

Desirable Den

For a homey meets ultra-chic feel in this den, the Sisters paired cool concrete floors with a light wood media console, along with a variety of live plants.

Cooking Up a Sale

Let's face it: A home on the market is really only as good as its kitchen renovations. Here, the Lex and Alana pulled out all the stops: brand new stainless steel appliances, chic caged pendant lights, a quartz-countertop island and warm wood accents scattered throughout.

Curb Appeal

Although we're told to never judge a book by its cover, those rules rarely apply when it comes to homes. After all, the first thing a potential buyer sees is the front yard and entrance of a house. To make sure the Haislips home made a positive impression, the Listed Sisters opted for a total landscaping overhaul, including freshly planted flowers and shrubs.

Welcoming Entrance

In addition to gorgeous landcaping, the Sisters pumped up the curb appeal on this charming home with brand new porch pillars, a fresh coat of exterior paint, and a eye-catching orange front door.

Furry Friends Welcome

A dream backyard for any canine owners, this luxurious doggie hotel is an incredible and totally unique feature.

Sleek Retreat

Talk about a dreamy bedroom! This lovely Nashville reno features sleek new hardwood floors paired with dark, modern furniture. The space is made even more cool with the help of an exposed brick wall and bold art pieces.

More Modern Appeal

This renovated master bedroom keeps getting better, thanks to a beautiful fireplace, a gray midcentury modern armchair and splashes of orange that pop against the room's muted hues.

Perfectly Plated

This funky dining area is worthy of obsessing over. The fun booth-like dining table is made all the better with the addition of a framed chalkboard (perfect for listing out the specials of the house). Not to mention, the fun array of decorative plates gives the room a whimsical feel.

Modern Baby

Today's baby room requires much more than pink frills or baby animal wallpaper. And here the Listed Sisters certainly turned out a design that is worthy of the most modern parents. The baby oasis features a natural wood crib, a geometric patterned rug, and an eclectic array of style-forward artwork. The deep green walls add a cozy feel, and are offset by the flood of natural light from the room's large windows.

Chic and Clean

This crisp white kitchen is fresh and put together. And the floating wood shelves and glistening subway tiles contribute to the open, airy feel of the kitchen.

Simply Beautiful Bathroom

Bathrooms are often overlooked spaces in a prepping-to-sell reno, but the Listed Sisters certainly didn't neglect the design in this ultra-chic room. It features a wood, country-style vanity with brass faucets and deep porcelain basins. And rather than a standard wall mirror, this design includes his-and-her framed mirrors on either side of the vanity.

Spa-Worthy Shower

The same master bathroom features a spacious, open shower with a half-door and built-in bench perfect for storing toiletries.

Ready for Inspiration

For the home owner who needs some at-home inspiration, they can look no further than this inspired office space. Lex and Alana filled the room with a midcentury modern wood desk paired with a cozy armchair. The large windows offer plenty of natural light, and brighten up the warm taupe wallpaper.

Symmetrical Seating Area

A pair of midcentury modern chairs, topped with bright white upholstery and matching throw pillows create a distinct focal point in this room. Behind them, the Listed Sisters added custom industrial shelves, where homeowners can display books or trinkets.

Rustic Living Room

In this home renovation, the Lex and Alana stuck with a classic style. The rustic living room features a dark hardwood floor, brick fireplace, and a deep gray couch, keeping the space feeling quaint.

Rustic Green Master Bedroom

In the different take on rustic, the Listed Sisters created a slightly more eclectic master bedroom. It features green walls, tribal patterned duvet, and a hardwoven red rug that complements the wall color.

Stylish Storage

The other side of the master bedroom featured a set of gorgeous reclaimed wood shelves, perfect for housing plants, books, and accessories. The room is given an even more bohemian feel with the help of patterned throw pillows and a vibrant map.

Living Room Meets Kitchen

This open area incorporates both the living room and kitchen. The massive windows in the living room give the entire space ample light, keeping the space feeling bright and airy, despite darker-toned furniture. Contemporary features like industrial bar stools and a Moroccan style ottoman add major modern style points.

Contemporary Blue Dining Nook

Tucked into a charming nook, the Listed Sisters created a contemporary dining space. It includes a white table and chairs, which perfectly pop against the room's dramatic teal walls. An array of succulents, geometric patterned curtains, and an industrial light fixture assure this tiny space is bursting with style.

Classic Meets Contemporary

This gorgeous kitchen gives off a hint of classic Spanish design influence, with the intricate tiled floor and rust colored walls, reminiscent of terra cotta. And these distinctive features are framed by brand new crisp white cabinetry and stainless steel appliances.

Charming Introduction

Once again, Lex and Alana's exterior reno did not disappoint. The charming walkway is made even better thanks to meticulously curated plants and flowers in the front yard. Not to mention, the vibrant orange door is a perfect complement to the surrounding greenery and white-washed home.

Picture Perfect Porch

The lovely entrance is taken up a notch with the help of this gorgeous porch, equipped with an array of plants and a sweet porch swing which matches the orange front door.

Secret Door

Last but not least, this dining room illustrates how the Listed Sisters don't shy away from innovative design. This sliding door opens up to reveal a whole slew of shelving. Plus its rich wood adds a touch of elegance and warmth to the space.
