Unique furniture, like a metal drum table and hanging chair made from natural fibers, give this transitional living room a whimsical feel. Bright yellow curtains add a pop of vibrant color to the neutral space, while deep blue and black patterned carpets are paired together.

The homeowners wanted to keep a handful of pieces used in their previous home, as well as some heirlooms newly acquired, including a stunning wood file cabinet.
