Living Room With Natural Light, NYC Views
Walls of windows make this Soho loft feel light and airy, and showcase incredible views of New York City. Because the sofa, chairs and coffee tables are all within a neutral palette, the colorful pendant lights and accents really stand out.
Warm Wood Dining Space
The dining room has enough seating for eight, which makes the space ideal for intimate dinners and larger gatherings. The light wood of the dining table and chairs adds a touch of warmth to the loft as well.
Modern Breakfast Nook
In the corner of the kitchen, a banquette and tulip table give the family a more casual dining option. Drawers underneath the bench can be pulled out for additional storage.
Subtle Marble Backsplash
Bright white cabinets and stainless appliances make this galley kitchen feel a little more modern. At the same time, the light gray strains of the marble backsplash complement the neutral color palette.
Bright, White Galley Kitchen
Though the designers wanted to create an open space for the owners, the second wall in the kitchen was load-bearing. So instead of taking it out, they maximized the kitchen's functionality by adding shelves for storage and lower cabinets for additional counterspace.
Exposed Brick in Baby's Nursery
The homeowners wanted a fun, modern space for their little girl that wasn't too busy or distracting, so the designers created this neutral nursery with muted colors, fun prints and plenty of soft fabrics. An exposed brick wall becomes a point of interest as well.
Clean & Contemporary Bathroom
To modernize the bathroom, designers kept the color palette neutral and added floating fixtures. For a bit of texture, they had penny tile laid on the floor.
Floating Fixtures
Thanks to its clean design, this floating vanity perfectly complements the tub's siding. In turn, the bathroom feels completely cohesive.
