As an architect and interior decorator, my approach is to create balance and harmony between the elements that make up a space. I treat interiors as compositions: Lines, planes and volumes are blended together with special emphasis on the proportions and details to create interior designs that are not only interesting and unique, but also visually enjoyable.

After receiving his degree in architecture in Bogotá, Diego Rincon began his career as an interior designer and resident architect in Colombia. In 2010 Diego founded Diego Alejandro Design New York to focus on residential interiors. While his style may be loosely defined as modern and urban, it is always fluid, evolving — and not constrained by one particular aesthetic.
