Daniel Dionne has been designing beautiful interiors for clients across the USA for more than 20 years. Always striving for the unexpected and the unique, Dan combines his intuitive design sensibility with humor and imagination, creating a distinctive point of view.

Avoiding a “signature style”, Dan listens carefully to his clients’ needs, preferences and aspirations and collaborates closely with them to assimilate their desires into a personal and customized design solution. His exceptional communication skills allow him to define and honor his clients’ visual style, assuring a design that appropriately reflects the owner’s personality and lifestyle.

Inspired by nature and the elements, he seamlessly combines classic details with found objects, custom furnishings and fabrications and modern touches to create elegant rooms that are unique, timeless and above all, livable and comfortable.

With a keen eye for detail and a refined sense of restraint, he imbues his work with an intuitive balance of light, space, texture and color, designing environments that are both stylish and functional. Originally from the Chicago area and educated at Eastern Illinois University, Dan’s foray into interior design was an evolution of his interest and training in set design and technical theatre. He recently launched Daniel Dionne Designs after several years as a partner and design principal at iNvision Design Group. Dan was an award winning Design Team Manager with a large national design firm and was recently nominated for the Atlanta Decorative Arts Center’s 2013 Southeast Residential Designer of the Year. He has completed residential and commercial projects across the US and Mexico and is an accomplished muralist and decorative artist.
