French Country Kitchen
Once a 1970s laminate kitchen, this beautiful French country kitchen is classically decorated with gorgeous white cabinetry and a stunning kitchen island. According to designer Bonnie Pressley, "The wood island is an antique French farm table. My painter beat it up, stained the legs and raised them to counter height."

Custom Kitchen Tiles
To give this gorgeous kitchen a more custom look, the porcelain tiles behind the sink were all hand-painted. Oversized brown floor tiles work well to bring in a rich, earthy tone to the space that looks lovely against the bright white cabinetry.

French Country Cooking
"This was a dream client," says Bonnie. "But she wanted a gas range, and we couldn’t get a gas line into the space. Instead, we selected a microwave, electric oven and electric cooktop." The custom hand-painted tiles are also seen behind the cooktop, lending more character and color to the electric range.

Kitchen Window Seat
Near the kitchen table is a spacious window seat, boasting beautiful views and light, airy curtains that tie the French country design together.
