Floating Wood Shelves and Glass Desk
Wires are used to suspend these chunky ‘floating’ walnut shelves on the wall. Underneath, a warm, white LED light is hidden behind the cantilevered glass desk. It illuminates the air bubbles within the glass and is an eye-catching element at night when the rest of the lighting is low.

Neutral Contemporary Kitchen With Floating Ceiling
In this sophisticated kitchen, a floating metal canopy lowers the ceiling plane and cozies up the space. The light from the teardrop pendants goes through the cutouts making a compelling play of shadow and texture on the walls and ceiling. The wire brushed walnut island is moveable and detaches to serve as a wine tasting bar or buffet.
