Peppermint Bark Tins
This holiday classic is even better when made right in a CD tin. Melt 2 parts dark or semi-sweet chocolate to 1 part white chocolate. Fill the bottoms of CD tins 2/3 full with dark chocolate. Add white chocolate, by zig-zagging over the dark chocolate. While the chocolate is still warm, use a toothpick to drag the white chocolate through the dark chocolate zig-zagging against the lines of white chocolate. Next, repeat in the opposite direction. Add crushed peppermints to the top. Cool completely before adding the lid and sealing with decorative tape.
