11 Celebrity Pet Names Worth Copying
Take a cue from these pet-loving celebs.

Finn
Actress Amanda Seyfried makes no apologies about taking her sweet rescue pup, Finn, with her absolutely everywhere she goes. In fact, she credits Finn with "changing her life." Amanda is a big proponent of pet adoption and uses her platform to spread the "adopt, don't shop" message far and wide.
Choupette
Designer Karl Lagerfeld, the creative head of both Chanel and Fendi, has an incredibly stylish cat named Choupette. Choupette travels with Karl whenever he goes overseas (she has her own caretakers who watch over her), and he has said that she is sometimes her own full-time job. She's become so well-known that she gets booked on her own jobs and even has her own social media following now.
Dot & Zelda
Star of the TV show New Girl, Zooey Deschanel has two adorable puppies she adopted named Dot and Zelda. There's a super sweet story behind how everyone was brought together, too. Zooey initially fell in love with Dot at the shelter. The Bill Foundation, the organization she was rescuing Dot from, informed her that Dot actually had a sister, too. The two dogs were inseparable, so the actress decided to adopt both dogs!
Douglas
Drew Barrymore credits her rescue dogs with helping her through the difficult times and challenges in her life. Douglas is one of the rescue pups Drew has added to her family, and it's easy to see the loving bond between the actress and her pups by scrolling through her Instagram feed.
Norman
Kylie Jenner has made her pups co-stars on her famous family's show Keeping Up With the Kardashians, so of course, they have their own Instagram accounts, too. Norman, one of Kylie's Italian greyhounds, seems to be her favorite. Along with his sister, Bambi, the two dogs have about half a million social media followers.
Cairo
Macklemore and his wife, Tricia, named their cat Cairo after the city that the two have always longed to visit together. The singer believes that the cat, who they rescued off Craigslist, brought him and his wife together at a really difficult time in their relationship. They love the cat so much that they feed her fresh meat from the local butcher shop and even put on a harness so they can take her for walks.
Neville
Designer Marc Jacobs' dog, Neville, is a published author: I'm Marc's Dog. Yep, you read that right. The adorable bull terrier also accompanies the designer everywhere he goes, including on his winter holiday to St. Barts. He also has, unsurprisingly, a pretty epic wardrobe.
Meredith
Named after Meredith Grey from Grey's Anatomy, Taylor Swift's beloved cat also has a sister named Olivia (who was named after Mariska Hargitay's character on Law & Order: Special Victims Unit). The singer is known for her love of cats and isn't afraid to shout it from the rooftops. Her cats are featured prominently in her Instagram feed, and they also just made their acting debut in Deadpool 2.
Lola
Actress Kristen Bell and her husband, Dax Shepard, are both huge animal lovers. For her birthday a few years ago, Dax surprised Kristen with a sloth (which is her favorite animal) and her reaction is priceless. Lola was adopted from a local shelter and had been returned twice for being an "escape artist." But Kristen said she saw something in Lola and spent a lot of time training her new rescue pup. After Lola felt like she was truly home, she stopped trying to escape altogether.
Mighty
Actor Orlando Bloom's pup, Mighty, sometimes shows up in his Instagram feed more than he does — the hunky actor is truly smitten with his miniature poodle. He puts Mighty in a bag around his neck when he goes biking, brings him to the beach and everywhere in-between. The two bros are basically inseparable, and we love every minute of it.
