.5 oz. simple syrup

Muddle mint, combine with water, lime juice and simple syrup. Serve over ice.

Pink Drink

3 oz. ruby grapefruit juice
1 tsp. grenadine
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
3 oz. ginger ale

Combine ingredients and serve over ice.
