After 30 years in her historic 1920s Spanish-style home, this homeowner was more than ready for a complete renovation. The goal was to work within the context of the home’s existing architecture and period details, complementing them with elegant details like plastered beams and walls, refinished peg and groove wood floors, new French doors and gorgeous arched openings while leaving room for fun details like hummingbird wallpaper and pink tile.
