Bright + Revitalized Family Home

Heavy wood built-ins and cabinets weren't doing any favors for this family home, only making the space look dark and outdated. So, the Bailey Austin Design team removed them, painted the walls a bright white and added fun touches, like patterned accents, wallpapers and backsplashes. Now the house feels as youthful as its owners!

Cheery Living Room is Light, Airy and Bursting With Color

Removing the heavy bookcases on either side of the fireplace made an immediate difference in the transformation of this living room by Designer Bailey Austin Bird. Removing existing window shutters added much more natural light, which created a warmer, lighter feeling space. Patterned sheers paired with the solid charcoal panels make the draperies stand out as both functional and beautiful.
