Judges' Choice + People's Pick Overall Winner: Countryside Escapes
And the blue ribbon goes to: this statement-making countryside escape designed by Cloth + Kind. The modern farmhouse stole the hearts of both our panel of judges and HGTV fans alike with its crisp white exterior, sleek structural design and, of course, that striking wraparound porch.

The wow-worthy designs from Cloth + Kind continue throughout the the home’s interior, making it easy to see why this modern farmhouse was voted our overall winner. Whitewashed walls mirror the home's siding-clad exterior and reflect the natural light streaming through spacious windows. Big City Digs Winner: Sophisticated SF Bay Area Home
The San Francisco Bay has never looked quite as beautiful as it does from the window of the winning home for our Big City Digs category, designed by Brooke Wagner. The masses swooned over the Bay Area home and we can see why. With bright, white built-ins, sophisticated white furnishing and that ultra-elegant fireplace? Waterside Retreats Winner: Texas Lake House with Sprawling Porch
Furman and Keil Architects take home top honors for our Waterside Retreat category with their striking lakefront home in Austin, TX. The space boasts a comfortable screened-in porch and walls of floor-to-ceiling windows, each offering guests a unique vantage point of the home’s breathtaking, panoramic lake views. Curb Appeal Winner: Modern California Farmhouse
Curb appeal, indeed. SDG Architecture Inc. appealed to everyone with this show-stopping, Silicon Valley home. The modern exterior is inviting, featuring clean structural lines, snowy white siding and inky casings on windows. Master Retreat Winner: Modern Malibu Beach Getaway

Living Large in Small Spaces Winner: Lake Front Cottage
HGTV fans would be willing to downsize to live in this lovely, little cottage designed by Lisa Furey. The pint-sized paradise offers lakefront views and is charming from the inside out. The cottage comes complete with a cozy kitchenette (with a farmhouse sink!), built-in storage throughout and gorgeous French doors that open onto a private patio. Kitchen + Dining Winner: Polished Wood-Infused Kitchen
Jordan Iverson takes the cake with his classic white kitchen, infused with warm, natural wood touches throughout. Iverson inspires by combining various stains and finishes, all the while maintaining a tailored and airy design in the space. Living Spaces Winner: Warm Wood-Infused Living Room
Kendall Simmons wowed the crowd with her understated, white-on-white design in this transitional living room. A favorite feature of this space? The chocolate-stained cedar beams Simmons used to create a custom, coffered ceiling that stylishly draws your eye upward while giving the room a cozy, timeless feel. Crazy for Color Winner: Luxe Jewel-Toned Living Room
Voters were enamored with Jenn Feldman’s pigment-packed design in this high-glamour living room. The space is rich, dripping with saturated jewel-tones. Kid-Tastic Spaces Winner: Playroom With Tunnel + Climbing Wall
We can’t say we’re surprised that this playroom packed with primary colors and its very own climbing wall stole the show for Kid-Tastic Spaces. All walls aside, designer Pippa Lee left very little for kiddos to desire with a cool and comfy nap tunnel, a coloring corner and a reading fortress up top. Pattern + Texture Winner: Country Estate with Rustic Finishes
Voters were blown away by the pattern expertise displayed by designer Martin Kobus in this dramatic, rustic estate home. We love the dramatic layering of neutral hues and textured finishes across the floors, walls and ceiling throughout Kobus’ design. Most impressive? Dramatic Before + Afters Winner: Charming Bungalow on the Coast
DiMauro Architects, Inc. gave a home that was once dark, dingy and oh-so-dreary a second chance on life with a, truly, unbelievable facelift.
