It doesn't hurt that he had help from a professional chef for his epic Valentine's Day date for Erin. If you don't have access to that kind of skill, you can get the same vibe by making a blanket fort and cooking your signature dish ... even if that's just pasta. Who wouldn't be blown away by the effort?

Maybe you won't be hopping on a helicopter with your paramour any time soon, but that doesn't mean you can't get adventurous!
