Add Facial Features

Attach eyeglasses sticker above the tin foil nose (Image 1). Using a black permanent marker, draw on a mouth and pupils inside the glasses (Image 2).

Craft Witch's Hat

Place a salad plate on top of a sheet of black craft foam, trace around it with a pencil then cut out the circle with a pair of scissors (Image 1). Cover a 6" foam cone with black felt. Use hot glue to secure it and trim off excess felt around the bottom of the cone (Image 2). Use hot glue to attach the felt-covered cone to the brim (Image 3). As a finishing touch, create a buckle by placing a small square of gold glitter paper behind a small picture frame sticker, securing them both to the hat with hot glue (Image 4).

Finishing Touches

To create hair for your Halloween witch, remove one section of leaves from the center of a faux leaf garland. Use hot glue to secure the leafless section of garland to the top of the witch's head (Image 1). Finally, attach the hat to the top of her head with hot glue and wrap leaves around her "neck" to conceal the small bowl (Image 2).
