Top 10 Professional-Grade Kitchens
Professional Luxuries
Designer Shane Inman wanted to give a top-notch, contemporary kitchen the comfort of a small cook space by adding warm wood cabinetry and floor-to-ceiling tilework in a slew of cozy, neutral hues. Among the inviting interior lies a professional-grade, 36-inch built-in grill with a hood, refrigerator, icemaker, sink and dishwasher.
Chef-Ready
A true chef requires a lot of counter space to prepare culinary delights, and a long, white stone countertop island does just the trick. To break up the white and provide a stunning color contrast, designer Christopher Grubb used dark wood for all the lower cabinets, while keeping the upper cabinets a crisp, clean white.
Serious Culinary
Some high-end, industrial kitchens feel like the back of a restaurant. The kitchen should certainly feel efficient and top of the line but with the comfort of a warm and inviting home. To create that "home-sweet-home" feeling, designer Van Tullis surrounded the industrial appliances with antique French tiles and family heirlooms.
Cook-Worthy Modernity
If you want your professional-grade kitchen appliances to blend into your homey design, install double ovens side by side on the island, facing away from the dining area. The room will instantly feel more warm and inviting. Design by Lori Dennis

Cold Stone Cooking
For the baker extraordinaire, this luxurious, Victorian-style kitchen is for you. Marble countertops are the best surface for rolling out dough and creating delectable concoctions. And with the help of an extended peninsula, there's additional counter space which now conceals the pull-out freezer drawer system. Design by Rebekah Zaveloff
Contemporary Elegance
This white and green kitchen boasts all the features of a professional-grade kitchen without the cold look of floor-to-ceiling stainless steel. Similar to a restaurant kitchen, the deck-mounted pot filler and custom-designed hood provide high-end convenience with a continuous touch of contemporary design elements. Design by Shane Inman
