Backyard Improvements

Prior to this major renovation, the rundown backyard of this classic Craftsman was an urban jungle that failed to offer amenities and take advantage of available space. The redesign of the backyard includes different zones for entertaining and enjoying the outdoors. New landscaping includes the Schip laurels seen along the back fence behind the fire pit.

More Seating and Privacy

In addition to the custom firepit, the backyard includes new sod and another seating area with natural finish Adirondack chairs. A new 6-foot-tall cedar fence provides privacy and replaces a fence that was in disrepair. Hanging baskets with Autumn Ferns dot the fence for extra decoration and a touch of greenery.
