This brand-new home mixes styles and materials to create a contemporary Craftsman-style home. The 4,500+-square-foot, three-story structure includes four bedrooms, five bathrooms, a three-car garage, a multilevel deck and plenty of shared living spaces.

To highlight the unique architecture, the multiple gable dormers are covered in beige board-and-batten while the straight facade is covered in slate-blue horizontal siding.

Black-framed windows with white trim combine with slate-blue siding and tan board-and-batten to create a color palette that is reminiscent of early-20th-century Craftsman-style homes.

Grand Entrance

A curved concrete walkway connects the driveway to the front double-door entrance. Cedar-and-stone columns frame the home’s prominent double door while planting beds on each side of the walkway allow for a variety of shrubs and greenery.

Handsome Double Door

The eight-foot-tall, four-lite double door was painted jet black to coordinate with the black window frames and stand out against the white trim and rafters.

An advanced video doorbell by the front entry is part of the home’s customizable security system. This special safety feature gives homeowners the ability to see and talk to the person on the front porch.
