Season 1, Episode 2

Jessie and Tina Restore Los Angeles Bungalow

Jessie and Tina purchase a home in the Echo Park area of Los Angeles and discover the home has a second house on the property. What they don't know is that no one has lived in the second unit in almost 40 years. It will take a lot to restore this entire property, but the ever-growing popularity of Echo Park is too much to pass up. Is this flip going to be able to attract today's buyers and return profit or will Jessie and Tina be left with a loss?

Season 1, Episode 3

1902 Turn of the Century Cottage

Jessie and Tina Rodriguez flip a 1902 turn of the century cottage in Tina's hometown of Upland, California. They discover that the home has lost nearly all of its original Victorian era details. But restoring it to its original state, while modernizing for today's buyers, might burden them with substantial risk. Can Jessie and Tina turn their passion for restoring vintage houses into profit?

Season 1, Episode 4

California Craftsman

Jessie and Tina purchase a Craftsman house sight-unseen in their own neighborhood of Claremont, California. However, this house has lost all of its original charm. Jessie and Tina are determined to bring back its 1920s features to attract the right buyers in Claremont. With a close proximity to the Claremont colleges, this home has the potential to fetch a substantial profit. Will Jessie and Tina be able to bring back the history of the home and still make a profit?

Season 1, Episode 5

Jessie and Tina Revive a 1924 Spanish Revival

Jessie and Tina acquire a Spanish-style home just blocks from picturesque downtown Monrovia, California. However, this home's Spanish character is completely lackluster. In order to return this home to its original glory, Jessie and Tina will have to get creative while complying with very strict city building regulations. Can Jessie and Tina stay on budget or will this renovation cost them in the long run?

Season 1, Episode 6

Jessie and Tina Purchase Long Beach Craftsman Home

Jessie and Tina discover a home in the hip and eclectic area of Retro Row in Long Beach, California. Highlighting bright and bold color choices, Jessie and Tina attempt to bring this Craftsman house back to life. Once renovations begin, they discover an un-permitted room of the house that they cannot use. Will Jessie and Tina's unique style in this house resonate with the buyers in this area or will they go too far over budget recreating the layout in this house?

Season 1, Episode 7

Jessie and Tina Renovate a Rancho Cucamonga Ranch House

Jessie and Tina find a 1950s-era time capsule home in Rancho Cucamonga, California. With almost all of the features original to the home, Jessie and Tina have a rare opportunity to salvage this home's character and stay within budget. But with very few comps having sold in the area, will Jessie and Tina be able to find a buyer and make a profit with this midcentury time capsule?

Season 1, Episode 8

Jessie and Tina Flip Rare Post and Beam Home

Jessie and Tina come across a rare find of an Eichler-style home in Orange, CA. Unfortunately, a previous owner enclosed the front atrium to create an awkward living space. With a purist buyer in mind, Jessie and Tina allocate a majority of the budget to recreating an authentic atrium. After a big investment in giving this home a midcentury feel, will Jessie and Tina be able to walk away with a profit?

Season 1, Episode 9

Horse Ranch

Jessie and Tina purchase a ranch-style home in a unique neighborhood in Whittier, California. Almost every surrounding house boards horses on the property. In order to attract very specific buyers, Jessie and Tina will have to get creative with their restoration of this home. Will they succeed in the transformation, or will they go over budget trying to make this house stand out?
