Season 36, Episode 1

Flying Solo

Tenille La Tourrette, a former Navy pilot instructor, recently took a new job in Savannah, Georgia and is renting a small apartment in an old building downtown. She loves the historic character of her apartment, such as the original brick kitchen floor, but would prefer a place with an open floor plan comfortable for entertaining and a garage so she doesn't have to park her car on the street. With a budget of up to $525,000, she's asked real estate agent Dee Dee Covington to help her find a new home.

Season 36, Episode 2

Making Room for More

Jen and Dan Muhlbach share their 1,000 square foot, two-bedroom home with their 18-month-old son, Anden, and their mastiff, Atlas. With another baby on the way, it's time for this growing family to buy a larger home and plant some roots. It's a good time to buy in Virginia Beach, and with a budget of $250,000 and a realtor on board, the Muhlbachs are confident they'll find what they're looking for: three to four bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a nice yard and space for Dan to have a "man room."

Season 36, Episode 3

Minimizing in Marietta

Crispin and Nannette Harris are empty nesters who are ready to downsize from their home in Richmond Hill, Georgia and move nearer to Atlanta. With a budget of $200,000, realtor Lea Wilson hopes to help them find a smaller home that still gives the couple the space they need.

Season 36, Episode 4

New Home in Old Town

Native Mississippians Mark and Stacy Johnson moved to Alexandria, Virginia two years ago. Upon arrival, they quickly found a place to live, renting a three-bedroom townhouse in Alexandria's historic Old Town area. Now ready to buy, they are looking for a three-bedroom, two-bathroom home in or near Old Town, and they can spend up to $575,000.

Season 36, Episode 5

Seaside in Sarasota

Stephen Miley, M.D. is the CEO a medical imaging company in Sarasota, Florida. His daughter Shannon is in her last year of college in Tampa, and she's a frequent visitor to her father's home. In the market for a two-bedroom, two-bathroom home, Stephen hopes that a budget of up to $625,000 will also afford him views of the water.

Season 36, Episode 6

All in for Atlanta

The Czerwinski family loves their home in Racine, Wisconsin, but with John's new job as music director at an Atlanta church, it's time to move South. They're looking for a home with a finished basement, an open layout for entertaining and a big, updated kitchen. They also want to be in a safe, family-oriented neighborhood and near good schools for the kids, and they want it all with a budget of $260,000.

Season 36, Episode 7

Wish List Before the Wedding

Jesse Kohler, his fiancee Jennifer Masbruch and their dog Cocoa are ready to stop renting and make a home purchase. While they love the open floor plan of their apartment, they want a spacious yard for Cocoa. With their wedding just six months away, Jesse and Jennifer would love to get into their dream home before they say their "I do's." As first-time buyers, they have a lot of questions. And with a budget of $200,000, their biggest question is how much house they can afford in their hometown of Black Earth, Wisconsin.

Season 36, Episode 8

First-Time Buyers in Florida

Melissa and Aric Straub were married almost two years ago, and they've been living with Melissa's parents in Bradenton, Florida ever since. Now they're ready to buy their first home, and their long wish list includes three (or more) bedrooms, a three-car garage, a pool, an exercise room, a large kitchen and double vanities in the master bathroom. Plus, they want a newer home that's move-in ready, and they want it all for under $450,000.

Season 36, Episode 9

Abundant Wishes in Albuquerque

John and Amanda Cowherd are through with renting in Rio Rancho. The couple and their three children moved to New Mexico from Phoenix when John's job relocated. As they enter the Albuquerque real estate market, they hope to find a home with a big kitchen, a separate dining area, a large family room, a three-car garage, a grassy backyard and a laundry room on the top floor. They're hoping that their budget of $250,000 will be able to meet all their domicile desires.

Season 36, Episode 10

Windy City Wishes

Carlos Guzman and Mandy Brill met and fell in love in Spain five years ago, and they now live in Chicago. They are looking for a condo with two bedrooms and two bathrooms for under $260,000, and they'd like the place to include parking, private laundry, air conditioning, a dishwasher and a walk-in closet. Knowing that's a big list for a small budget. Carlos and Mandy know they'll need a keen eye to find the perfect place and have enlisted Chicago native and realtor Richard Doty to help.

Season 36, Episode 11

Creativity in California

Barbara Medford has decided to leave her beautiful home in Louisville, Kentucky for a new life in sunny Southern California. She's looking for a three-bedroom home - one of which will be her studio - a patio or outdoor space, a large kitchen and lots of light in an open layout. Barbara hopes that realtor Ann Marie Milanese will find a home in Pasadena that fits the bill and costs less than $550,000.

Season 36, Episode 12

Puyallup to Their New Home

Troy Tildon and his girlfriend Diamond Nogura are ready to put the brakes on motor home living and settle down in a comfortable house in Troy's hometown of Puyallup, Washington. They want a 2,000 square foot, three-bedroom home with lots of closet space and a shop to build hot rods. Ideally, the house will have enough room for a home office and a hobby room as well. With a budget of $450,000, the couple hopes real estate agent Becky Barrick can find a property that suits their needs.

Season 36, Episode 13

The Best Time is Now

Michael Giammarese and Robert Mycroft currently reside in a rented condo in Toluca Lake, California along with their dachshund, Stanford. Robert is a real estate agent who's been keeping his eye on local properties and prices, and he and Michael think this is the right time to buy. They are looking for a three-bedroom, two-bathroom home in their current area, and they're counting on their $700,000 budget to go a long way in the current market.
