Magnificent Maui Vacation Home

Dean and Dawn Theodore are a fun-loving couple who have decided to set their sights on a vacation home in Maui, and they have a budget of $2 million. They're hope to find a single story home with and open floor plan, a pool and is close to the beach. Ideally, they want something that doesn't require a lot of work, essentially a turnkey home, and realtor Randy Antonio has been enlisted to help the Theodores with their vacation home search.

Fantastic Philadelphia Center City Living

Chris and Pam Doggett have lived in the Philadelphia area for 10 years and are currently renting a 1000-square foot, two-bedroom apartment. They're ready to become first-time homeowners, and with their budget of $1.5 million dollars, it shouldn't be hard. They are looking at places in Center City, from brownstones to high rises, and they require a large kitchen/entertaining space and a large outdoor area. They've asked realtor Tom Englett to help them find the perfect home in which to entertain in the City of Brotherly Love.

Season 10, Episode 3

Sensational Silicon Valley Spread

Frank and Corrie Reynolds recently sold their home of seven years and are living in temporary housing in Palo Alto, California. They're looking for a ranch-style home with an open-floor plan that offers a backyard view, at least three bedrooms, separate living and dining rooms and is within walking distance to good public schools. They also want a large kitchen for Frank who does all the cooking for their Italian-American family. They've focused their search on the Silicon Valley area, and since Corrie is a realtor, she's decided to conduct the search for their new home herself. It's up to her to find the perfect house within their $1.8 million budget.

Season 10, Episode 4

Superb Suburban Dallas Transformation

Tom and Kathi Lind live in Dallas and are attracted to the "Arts and Crafts'' style of homes since they usually have great bones upon which to build. At the same time, Kathi is drawn to the idea of transforming a commercial structure of architectural significance into a residence. When it comes to the interior, the Linds love to have a lot of rooms, including at least four bedrooms. Setting their expedition into action is real estate agent Henda Salmaron.

Season 10, Episode 5

Fabulous Florida Keys Family Home

Bonny and Rob Gothier plan to move from their Dillsburg, Pennsylvania horse farm to a warmer climate sometime in the next 10 years. Bonny does a bit of work as a real estate broker to help with her husband's business, but her main job is as a stay-at-home mom to their children, Alexandra, Andrea, Robbie and Bryce. The Gothiers had originally set their budget at $1 million for a home in Key West, but they know they may end up paying more for a house that is large enough for the family and their visitors. Their wish list includes at least three bedrooms, an upgraded kitchen with lots of counter space, a large family room and outdoor space for entertaining. Realtor Cory Held is on the prowl for them in Key West.
