After touring the US Virgin Islands, Liz and Steve knew they wanted to leave Amarillo, Texas, behind for a new life in the Caribbean. The couple recently purchased a BBQ restaurant on St. John and are ready to bring the best of Texas to the USVI. With the help of a local broker, Liz and Steve are looking for a condo on St. Thomas that's close to the ferry for their daily commute to St. John.

After visiting the Caribbean on a cruise, Jake and Kasi fell in love with St. Thomas and its beautiful turquoise water. Back home in Kansas, the closest beach is 14 hours away, and they realized they needed to make a change. The couple is now searching for the perfect beachfront condo to start a new adventure in the US Virgin Islands.

She has always dreamed of returning home, especially recently as her stressful nursing job in New Jersey has her looking to unwind. On a recent trip to Honduras, Monica fell in love with Utila, so she's looking for her dream home and has plans to open a beachside bar.

Brad and Kristen are raising their kids in Katy, Texas, where they're surrounded by traffic, roads and chain superstores. They're ready to leave it all behind and enjoy a quiet, simpler life. When friends told them about Utila, Honduras, Kristen sent Brad there on a mission to learn more, and it proved to be a success. Now they're ready to find their dream beachfront home with plenty of room to garden and pursue a homegrown lifestyle.

New Beginnings in the Bahamas

Jennifer and Keith want to escape the hustle and bustle of Ocean City, MD, and find their perfect oceanfront home in the Bahamas. After visiting Great Exuma, it quickly became their favorite vacation spot and a place they wanted to call home. With the help of their broker, they hope to find their own piece of paradise in the Caribbean.

Jena lives in Los Angeles, CA, where she works in television and film. Several years ago, she fell in love with the Exuma islands during a trip to the Bahamas. During a family vacation to the Bahamas, Patrick and Alesia discovered the beautiful islands of Exuma. They instantly fell in love with the seclusion, welcoming people and stunning blue water. Now that both of their kids are away at college, they're finally able to leave the Arizona desert for life in paradise. Their realtor is on hand to help them find the perfect home close to the beach.

Diving Into Bonaire

Video game developer Jez and real estate agent Lisa left their native England more than a decade ago and settled in Austin, TX. The couple is tired of the hustle and bustle of big city life and wants to expose their son, Luke, to outdoor living in Bonaire. Jez and Lisa are hoping to find a three bedroom house close to the island's famous dive sites and their agent is on hand to find them the ideal spot with a gorgeous outdoor patio close to the beach.

Melissa and Yori met on Bonaire when they were kids and reconnected years later. After a lot of traveling to maintain their long-distance relationship, they decided to live together on the Dutch Caribbean island where they met. With the recent birth of their son, they're ready to make the move permanent and find an island home on Bonaire where they can put down roots.

Dale and Connie have dreamed of living in the Caribbean since their first trip there 30 years ago. Instead, they're living in Texas where the closest ocean is hundreds of miles away. They've finally saved enough to make their dream a reality, and they're in search of the perfect beachside home in the Dominican Republic.

Greg and Halyna love the outdoors, but living in Toronto, Canada means cold weather most of the year. He and Halyna are in search of a home that suits their adventurous lifestyle.

Kirk has always dreamed of living in paradise. As a teacher, he has traveled the world but has never felt more at home than he does in Las Terrenas. Kirk has enlisted the help of his sister, April, in his search for the perfect place to call home in the sunny Dominican Republic beach town.
