Bob and Leigh are worn out from the long winters in Ohio and seek sunnier skies on St. Croix. Bob and Leigh can both practice medicine on the island, so now's the perfect time to make the move. The couple is searching for a large home (to share with their extended family), a pool and a drop dead gorgeous view. With the help of a broker, the couple is looking forward to making their island dreams a reality.

Nicole has been toiling away in a cubicle in Atlanta, Georgia, for years. After visiting St. Croix for a friend's wedding, she knew she had to make a change. Nicole has always been interested in party planning, and a new life on a new island calls for a new career. With the help of her best friend Julie, Nicole is searching for a large home where she can run her business -- one with an awesome pool and patio for throwing the best parties in the Caribbean. Her broker has her work cut out for her though, as Nicole's picky taste -- particularly when it comes to dark wood kitchen cabinets -- might make it hard to find the perfect gem of a home.

Trading Country Roads for Ocean Views

Bruce and Melissa are proud West Virginians who are in love with travel and the Caribbean. They and their three selfie-obsessed kids, Savannah, Sheridan and Nick, are excited to buy a family home where the sun shines 365 days a year and it's a constant 88 degrees. Outdoorsy and fun-loving, this family is keen to sail, swim and snorkel as much as they can once they buy a home on St. Croix. With help from a superstar broker, it won't be long before they're soaking up the sunshine from their very own island retreat.

Music producer Jason and his wife Erikka were both born and raised in the Cayman Islands and moved to Los Angeles for their careers. But now that they're parents to twin toddlers, they're ready to go back home. Erikka wants a house big enough for the kids and Jason wants the ocean nearby and studio space to work from home. Here's hoping their real estate agent can find a home that has it all.

Lovers of all things ocean, Georgiann and Steph are excited to leave the mainland for a new life on St. Croix. But these ladies don't want to break the bank. They want a furnished, Caribbean-style condo for under $250,000, close enough to the sea to be lulled to sleep by the sound of waves. Since the couple is only making one visit to the island before their big move, their all-star broker has his work cut out for him.

Lawyers Molly and Ken have been caught up in the rat race in Florida and know they need to make a change for the sake of their two young children. After a quick weekend getaway to world-famous Seven Mile Beach, they knew they'd found their perfect paradise in Grand Cayman. Armed with a lengthy wishlist, they've given their agent a tall order: find a large waterfront property with a big yard for under $2 million.

Taking the Plunge in Jamaica

Two years ago Kathryn spied handsome reggae singer Andrew on her cruise ship and sparks flew. Now, just a few months after their wedding, the couple has decided to bid adieu to the harsh Boston winters and return to Andrew's homeland of Jamaica. The couple needs to find a large home that can host all their extended family as well as house their dream business, a wine bar where Andrew can entertain guests with his music. They're hoping to find the perfect waterfront property, complete with a pool and large chef's kitchen suitable for their business needs.

Living in Texas is hectic for Steve and Tammi. When they're not shuttling their three young kids around to school and activities, it's go go go for teacher Tammi and Steve, who works in telecommunications. With help from a local realtor, Steve and Tammi hit the listings and find their perfect family home in paradise.

Drake and Karina enjoy living in Jupiter, Florida, where the water is warm and the surf is prime. But lately the area is overrun with fellow water lovers trying to get their fix. Looking to escape the crowds, Drake and Karina are packing up and heading to the Bahamas in search of a more tranquil life. They have their hearts set on Hope Town, a quiet little settlement on Elbow Cay, among the island chain known as the Abacos. Now it's up to their local realtor to give them the lay of the land and find a four-bedroom oceanfront home fit for their entire family.

Buying in the Bahamas

Matt and Cathy have grown tired of battling the brutal Michigan winters year in and year out. With Matt looking to put his contractor skills to work, the couple wants to find the perfect seafront fixer upper in the Bahamas. Their agent is up to the challenge of finding a home with awesome water access for Matt to get a boat and Cathy to go swimming right out her front door.

Rolf and Beverly have always wanted to move to a tropical climate, and after a recent health scare, the California couple realized that there's no time like the present to live your dream. They've enlisted a real estate consultant to find the perfect home in Bocas del Toro: one with a view and great dock access for the large boat they plan on buying.

Opening Up in Bocas del Toro

Brian and Amy have enjoyed life in San Francisco, but the hectic lifestyle and cost of living has worn them down. To escape, they began traveling to the Caribbean where they could relax and enjoy spending time together. Brian and Amy first visited Bocas del Toro for a quick getaway a few years ago and stayed at a bed and breakfast. They were immediately taken by the beautiful atmosphere and decided that opening a bed and breakfast could be their chance to start a new life in the Caribbean.

Starting Over in Utila

Mark and Jen are tired of winters that last way too long in Canada. Their love of scuba diving has brought them to Utila before, and they enjoyed it so much they chose to get married on the island. Five years later, they've decided to make it their permanent home. They're looking forward to escaping crowds of people in favor of a laid-back environment where they can dive every day and relax at night. A realtor guides the couple as they search for their dream beach cottage with lots of privacy and great reef access.

Finding My Passion in Utila

Sandra's life as a corporate attorney has given her great professional success, but it doesn't feed her soul. She feels like she's constantly on a hamster wheel, never able to get out of the rat race of city living. Her scuba diving hobby brought her to the island of Utila off the coast of Honduras, and she instantly fell in love. After working hard for a few decades, she's saved enough money to pursue her passions in life -- scuba diving and writing. Her realtor will help her find the perfect home that can accommodate guests and give her the direct reef access that she craves.
