Contestants Sarah and Nick opened up the first floor by removing the wall between the kitchen and the dining room at the Gulf Dreams condo. A striped feature wall adds color and pattern to the otherwise-neutral space. 

A too-bright, mismatched color palette and dated cabinets and appliances faced the Beach Flip contestants pre-renovation.

As seen on Beach Flip, contestants Sarah and Nick installed all new cabinets, stainless steel appliances and lighting in the first floor kitchen at the renovated Gulf Dreams condo.
