Season 9, Episode 1

Coffee Bar and Carrera Marble

A small bathroom that is falling apart is turned into a beautiful, classic space with the help of the Bath Crashers crew. A large, carrera marble steam shower is added. Custom storage makes practical use of the space. Natural light fills the room with a new sun tunnel and a built-in coffee bar completes this bathroom remodel.

Season 9, Episode 3

Glass Box Tub Surround

A small bathroom gets much bigger by taking closet and exterior space. On the new outside wall, windows now surround a massive soaking tub. A custom vanity is wrapped in a leather finished granite, which also covers the entire wall. In front of that wall hangs a backlit mirror that plays music and the ceiling gets an intricate trim detail to bring this transitional design together.

Season 9, Episode 6

Metal Fireplace, Brick Wall, and Cork Floor

An old Victorian bathroom is upgraded with new materials to maintain its unique charm. A glazed brick wall highlights a steel and granite double sink vanity, while a huge soaker tub sits next to a metal-wrapped ethanol-burning fireplace. Engineered cork flooring keeps the feet warm on the way to the large walk-in shower. A wood ledge with embedded wine corks and stemware holder is the final touch for enjoying a glass of wine in the space.

Fabulous Flip

A large bath is flipped on its footprint to feature functional elegance. A double walk-in shower runs the length of the room with one half dedicated to steam and body sprays. The carpet is replaced with hand-scraped hickory flooring, atop which sit separate his and her vanities. A wine bar adds extra storage and is set off with a hand-crafted burned-wood countertop and mosaic backsplash. A do-it-yourself knee-wall made with glass and artificial tree branches adds privacy in the right place, and the main wall becomes an eye-catcher with a beautiful stenciled plaster treatment.

Season 9, Episode 11

The Bigger the Better

This big bathroom is made even bigger by taking space from an unused sitting room with fireplace. Taking down the wall opens up the space for this modern makeover the homeowners wanted. A giant walk-through shower has two entrances and shower stations with body sprays. The existing fireplace gets a new face with a sleek, stacked stone that sits underneath a TV mirror. A larger window with plantation shutters lets in natural light and creates the perfect view for the infinity tub, which sits in the center of the room.

Season 9, Episode 12

Bamboo Bliss

A small, ho-hum master bath is expanded by stealing space from a walk-in closet, which becomes a large, 2-person steam shower that features music and chromatherapy lights. A long, sleek, bamboo vanity replaces the old 1-person station and features offset bamboo drawer pulls. Two mirrors are encased in unique bamboo cases with a mid-century modern geometric design. Textured wall panels dress up the entire vanity wall, and the floor features classy, elegant bamboo planking. The walk-in is replaced with a new closet system that extends from the end of the vanity into the bedroom along an entire bedroom wall, and features sliding doors with a bamboo veneer. Natural light is supplied in abundance through a new skylight in the middle of the bath space.
