Though faced with many strict square-footage and height restrictions, Specht Architects managed to design the perfect 2,500-square-foot beach house for a family of five. The exterior features a fiberglass roof and two types of cedar, while the interior boasts an open living room, dining area, kitchen, master suite and bedrooms for the kiddos.
