The loft was originally a basic, developer-grade condo, so designers wanted to give it its own unique personality and details. In the dining area, they installed a banquette with a fluted back that extends all the way to the ceiling. Alabaster sconces by Apparatus create an intimate mood come evening.

For the backsplash in the kitchen, designers sourced alabaster tiles from Ann Sachs and built a custom brass frame to hold them in place. LED lights were installed in back which, when illuminated, highlight the stone's beautiful details and create a moody and intimate atmosphere.
