The loft was originally a basic, developer-grade condo, so designers wanted to give it its own unique personality and details. For the backsplash in the kitchen, designers sourced alabaster tiles from Ann Sachs and built a custom brass frame to hold them in place. LED lights were installed in back which, when illuminated, highlight the stone's beautiful details and create a moody and intimate atmosphere.
