At Studio H Design Group we are small enough to give clients individualized attention, but large enough to personally manage a custom project from schematics (napkin doodles) through construction administration (the final walk through).The scale of our projects vary from 2,000 to 10,000 square feet but regardless of the size, we will be with you for every step of the creative process.

Kelly Hinchman is a certified interior designer and LEED Accredited Professional specializing in interiors that are relaxed, beautiful and sustainable.

Originally from San Diego, Kelly received her BFA from the CIDA Accredited Design Institute of San Diego and eventually went on to found Studio H Design Group.   

Kelly's innovative design style and broad construction experience has led her to work on a variety of projects including residential new construction and remodels, retail spaces, restaurants, corporate design, and healthcare design. 

 Kelly’s approach to creating custom interiors is way more than just fabric and wall coverings. She’s an expert in space planning, architectural detailing, millwork design and custom furnishings. Kelly is a LEED Accredited Professional, an Allied member of ASID and a member of the U.S. Green Building Council. 

Kelly’s work has been featured in top design publications including Luxe Interiors + Design, Interiors and Sources, San Diego Home and Garden, and San Diego Magazine.

When working with clients, it’s important to her that everyone feels a part of the process, and that all expectations are not only met- but exceeded. Her hands on approach, knowledge of construction, and eye for style make her a triple threat. To her, Studio H Design Group isn’t just a job, it’s a way of life.
