Luxury residential developers have taken notice, incorporating lifestyle-focused amenities like high-end in-house spas, rooftop fitness, massive green spaces and even rooftop dog parks. "After over a year of disruption, many aspects of daily life have returned, but our normal is unlikely to ever look the same," says Tania Richardson, co-founder and CEO of Tomas Pierce Interior Design. "Our new concept of luxury is rooted in healthy and thoughtful lifestyles." With this in mind, here are 10 wellness amenities you've got to see to believe in today's urban apartments and condos.

Experience Rooftop Fitness in Scottsdale

Sparkling rooftop pools are a draw, of course, but rooftop amenities are expanding to include lap pools and running tracks. Residents can engage with nature and feel the warm sunshine as they get in a daily workout. At Optima Kierland, a luxury building in Scottsdale with rentals and for-sale residences, residents have access to a quarter-mile outdoor running track around the perimeter of the Sky Deck and a 50 meter lap pool. The building also boasts an indoor/outdoor yoga studio and fitness center. Start the day with an al fresco workout with unobstructed mountain views.
