When Tom Cruise hosted a Christmas party in Bel Air Lee was called in to do the arrangements. Lee drenched the room in white giving it the effect of snow in Los Angeles. "Tom wanted reds and whites," says Lee. "And since it never snows here, I even put fake snow on tree branches and on some of the arrangements."

For Tom Cruise's Christmas party, Lee put together arrangements like these hand-tied bouquets of white jeweled ranunculus with dianthus greens, and succulent leaves. The base features a satin-wrapped base and rhinestones. "Bel Air was turned into a winter wonderland," he says.

"Oprah is crazy for white peonies," says Lee. "When I did her party she wanted them everywhere." The look Lee created for Oprah featured green and white hydrangea, viburnum, white ranunculus and white peonies.

Whenever Mariah Carey visited her rented Beverly Hills mansion, she wanted it filled with flowers. "Some of these large homes are like hotels and can be very cold," says Lee. "Having flowers throughout the house warms it up and gives it a homey feel. That's what Mariah wanted." Designed by Lee, this arrangement features pale pink orchids, mauve roses, white hydrangeas and burgundy tulips and is very much like the flowers he placed around the singer's home.
