The kitchen accommodates seating for three at the island as well as the small dining area for four. Crisp white cabinets paired with very dark flooring creates a beautiful contrast in the space.

Habachy Designs wanted to create depth through texture. The chandelier is made from natural Nguni cow horn in Africa, the table is made of solid wood and clad in antique brass and textured. The dining chairs have a clean, modern silhouette but are slipcovered to give a more casual look. The atom bowl holding succulents is made of iron and hand-crafted which gives it more character. Accessories throughout the space are artifacts and imported pieces from Africa and Asia. The vintage lion door knocker was an accessory that was found, custom mounted and had a stand built specifically to showcase the piece on the mantel.

The carved wood table that serves as a coffee table is hand-crafted by an artist of the trade. It is a custom Habachy Designs collection piece and tapers upwards to an inset Silver Portoro marble top. A pair of neutral armchairs and a plush chaise complete the stylish design.

The chaise lounge is a custom Habachy Designs collection piece which is inspired by Oriental architecture. It offers a cozy place to relax with a good book (or two).
