Real estate developer Swire Properties Inc. tapped internationally recognized design firm Addison House to curate one of the penthouses located in Miami's Reach Residences at Brickell City Centre. This 2,684 square-foot penthouse features three bedrooms, four-and-a-half bathrooms and astounding views.

The ultimate live-work-play experience, the Reach Residences at Bricknell City Centre are located directly above Miami's newest fashion mecca, which features 500,000 square feet of shopping at retailers like Saks Fifth Avenue and Apple.

This Miami penthouse features 12 foot-plus ceilings and will soon have tech-savvy features, including smart plugs, Nest thermostats, Echo Dot in the master bedroom and digital Alexa in the kitchen.
