Materials Needed:
- china (matching or not)
- number stencil (such as used above, set from $18, stencilsonline.com)
- spray mount
- foam pouncer
- paint
- wall plate hangers
Step 1
Center a stencil on a plate. Adhere it with repositionable spray mount, then use a foam pouncer to fill in with latex paint. Remove the stencil and let dry.
Step 2
Mount to the wall using plate hangers.
