wax paper
rolling pin
X-acto knife
alphabet rubber stamps
straw
ribbon or twine

Roll Out Clay

Roll out the clay to 1/4" thick on a flat surface covered with wax paper.

Supplies: air dry white craft clay, wax paper, rolling pin, exacto knife, alphabet rubber stamps, straw, ribbon or twine. Step 1: Roll out the white clay on a flat surface covered with wax paper. Clay should be about ¼” thick.

Cut House Shape

Use an X-acto knife to cut out the shape of a house, and smooth out the edges with your fingers.

Personalize

Stamp the family name into the clay following the instructions on the rubber stamp packaging.

Attach Twine

Use a straw to create a hole at the top of the house (Image 1). Slide a piece of twine or ribbon through, and tie a knot to create a loop for hanging (Image 2). Let the clay air dry according to the packaging instructions.
