Side Entry

The existing garage was given a facelift with fresh paint and roofing. The garage doors are accessed through the side of the house so they don’t face out to the front.

Lush Landscape

Lush landscaping complete with tall palms and understory bushes screens the garage from the front of the house.

Super Storage

With three bays, the garage has ample space to park vehicles, sporting equipment and tools. The windowless doors allow for privacy.

Gleaming Space

A gleaming coat of gray paint on the floor and lightweight yet sturdy fiberglass doors give the garage a clean, finished look.

Finished Look

Aged bronze light fixtures with opaque glass globes give the garage a custom look. The fixtures echo the finishes used in hardware throughout the house.

Transitional Space

A small mudroom was added between the garage and the dining area of the home to keep dirt and sandy beach clothes outside.

Dog Days

There’s ample space to hang leashes, store dog food or even feed the dog in the garage.

Hidden Assets

Painted, functional, cedar wood shutters attached to the outside of the garage windows help keep the contents hidden from view.

Weather Watchers

Attached to the garage windows, the painted cedar plantation shutters can be closed in inclement weather.

Tropical Touch

Tropical hibiscus adds pops of bright color in the landscape. They stand out against the lush greenery and pure white color of the house.

Bright Beacon

Maritime style lighting fixtures illuminate the outside of the garage. These same fixtures are found in other rooms in the home.

Layers of Texture

Gnarled tree trunks stand in stark contrast to the pure white painted picket fence out front offering another layer of texture to the landscape.

Stark Contrast

Variegated green and yellow leaved shrubs stand out against the pure white and soft gray colors on the outside of the house.

Winning Combination

Chosen for their earthy colors of chestnut brown and gray, the pavers on the driveway lend an Old World look to the home.
