A 16-foot wall of glass tile makes a dramatic statement in the gourmet kitchen. “I think that wall is an artistic piece that is the wow factor in that room – after the views,” notes interior designer Linda Woodrum.

Sparkling glass tile inlaid in recycled aluminum gives a subtle nod to the home's location along the Turquoise Trail. The tile, from artist Erin Adams' Luna Collection, was created in collaboration with Pedro Hernandez.

The 11-foot-long island in a dark maple finish "grounds" the oversized space and provides for a family or a large gathering of friends.

The kitchen island is set for dinner with dinnerware and tabletop accessories to complement the turquoise color theme. “The thing with place settings is – you’re not committed. It’s basically a place mat and a napkin and glasses, so if you want to use orange in there, you can use any color and change the look of that counter,” adds Woodrum.

Each place is set with a crisp white Waechtersbach plate, Curtipol dinnerware and a Cielo wavy-stripe napkin.

A hand-blown, aqua-colored tumbler hints at the subtle turquoise theme and a silver metallic-glazed latte mug from LaCafeTiere adds the tablescape’s needed shimmer.

A bowl of horse apples in a stunning shade adds a fresh, textural element to the tabletop.

Colorful cookware by La Creuset and stainless steel pots and pans make a decorative statement when paired with the Wolf gas range and stunning metal-trimmed, glass-tile backsplash.

A crock of cooking utensils in stainless steel and natural wood add to the restaurant styling in the cooking space.

Convenience close at hand - a Wolf built-in wall oven, a Wolf drawer microwave drawer and a Wolf warming drawer.

Sleek modern Wellborn cabinetry in a rich cherry finish conceals appliances, including dual Sub-Zero refrigerator/freezers designed to be built in flush with the cabinetry.

Cooking for large gatherings is accommodated with both Wolf induction and gas cooktops and a 2-gallon-capacity Wolf steamer, which features a temperature range of 140 degrees to boil and includes one solid and one perforated stackable insert pan.

Wellborn cabinetry in a cherry finish houses dual Sub-Zero 30" built-in over-and-under refrigerator/freezers, and provides overhead storage compartments.

Counter stools covered in crisp white Sunbrella fabric accommodate a Silestone-topped island. Photographer's pendant lighting adds a splash of drama and a weathered wood sculpture purchased at a gardening center connects the space to the outdoors.
