Tired of paying rent for cramped quarters, Vera and Milton are hoping to find a spacious Toronto family home. But with very different ideas about location, renovations and budget, they're not sure they can find a property they both will love. Enter real estate expert Sandra Rinomato. She promises to find them a budget-friendly dream home. But with their jobs at opposite ends of the city and a babysitter in the middle, can they first agree on a location that works for everyone? Sandra comes up with a range of properties that pave the way for a purchase. But just when they've made up their minds, they find out there's already another offer on the table.
